As Canada’s reigning pickup truck, the Ford F-150 is known for its capability, durability, and reliability. For 2021, it’s raising the bar once again to become the toughest, most productive Ford F-150 ever.
For the 2021 model year, the Ford F-150 comes with best-in-class maximum conventional towing and payload. It will also come available with the first-ever 3.5-litre PowerBoost™ full hybrid engine option, which offers the most horsepower and torque in the F-150 lineup.
This hybrid powertrain produces 430 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque. It also boasts a maximum payload of 3,325 pounds and a maximum conventional tow rating of 12,700 pounds — the most towing ever offered by a hybrid truck.
Beyond the PowerBoost™ engine, the F-150 offers a maximum tow rating of 14,000 pounds and 3,325 pounds, depending on the engine option you choose.
The 2021 F-150 is also available with a range of technologies to help make towing easier. It’s the only truck in its class to offer Pro Trailer Backup Assist and Trailer Reverse Guidance, which makes it easier to navigate with your trailer hitched.
The all-new 2021 F-150 will go on sale soon, and we’ll have it for you right here at Downtown Ford in Toronto.
